WarningSum:...Wind Advisory In Effect From 10 Am To 6 Pm Cst Thursday...

Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Wind
Advisory...which is in effect from 10 am to 6 PM CST Thursday. 
* Timing...wind will increase by mid morning...last through the
  afternoon...and taper off during the evening.
* Winds...sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph will be common with
  gusts to 45 mph expected through the afternoon.
* Impacts...the strong and gusty Crosswinds may make driving
  difficult.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
Take action to secure trash cans...lawn furniture...and other
loose or lightweight outdoor objects.
